JOB DESCRIPTION OF SALES

  • Generate and qualify leads through direct meet and phone call.
  • Plans and conduct direct marketing activities.
  • Negotiating all leads with prospective operators.
  • Performs to steadily enhance sales performance and effectiveness as outlined in training manual and direction of the superiors.
  • Attends the sales meeting at periodic intervals to discuss the marketing problems, sales promotion activities, sales policies, etc.
  • Other than Cable TV, more attention in Broadband business also.
  • Make sales calls to new and existing operators for Cable TV and Broadband both.
  • Handle complaints and queries of our linked Cable and Broadband operators as well as our consumers promptly and professionally.
  • Expedite the resolution of operator's problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Get knowledge of competitors. Base, Plans and Schemes etc.
  • Keeps abreast of current technology trends.
  • Participates willingly in entire sales training.
  • Maintains activity records, operator database and prepare the reports.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  •  Continuously improve through feedback

Qualification : Minimum Graduate

Location : Maldah, South 24 Pgs

Exp : Minimum 5 yrs
